After the initial assessment all candidates go through a face to face interview with one of our senior recruitment consultants, who are teachers themselves. During the interview we make sure candidates give honest answers and they also get an opportunity to discuss matters related to teaching. So our interviews are a good opportunity to know more about the teachers we will be working with.
